SALON INFORMATION

Arrival

We do recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time. This allows us to ensure that we are offering you the most suitable treatment and products for your needs that day. We also ask for all mobile phones to be either switched off or on silent during your time in the salon.

Cancellation policy

As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You will be sent a courtesy reminder approximately 3 days prior to your appointment. We regret that we may need to treat an appointment as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full cost of the booked appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% cost of the booked appointment, although if we are able to fill a cancelled appointment we will waive the charge. Charges will be added to the next appointment’s bill.

For online bookings which are cancelled with notice and do not incur a cancellation charge the monies will be credited to your client account.

If you require a refund will deduct a £5 to cover the admin cost to the salon.

Children

Due to Health and Safety reasons, we cannot treat minors under the age of 12 years in the salon. Basic beauty treatments can be applied between the ages of 12 and 18 years, as long as the parent is present to sign a consent form.

The Fountain at Home

This is a service for those who are unable to visit the salon or if you simply would rather discover the benefits of beauty treatments and holistic therapy in the comfort of your own home or office. Please ask for more information.

Parking

We have limited parking outside the salon and there is parking available in the village but we do ask that you consider our neighbours’ driveways and access.
