Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and products. Click here to request as Fountain Gift Voucher.
Arrival
We do recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time. This allows us to ensure that we are offering you the most suitable treatment and products for your needs that day. We also ask for all mobile phones to be either switched off or on silent during your time in the salon.
Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our other clients and our therapists, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. You will be sent a courtesy reminder approximately 3 days prior to your appointment. We regret that we may need to treat an appointment as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late. Missed appointments will be charged at the full cost of the booked appointment.
Children
Due to Health and Safety reasons, we cannot treat minors under the age of 12 years in the salon. Basic beauty treatments can be applied between the ages of 12 and 18 years, as long as the parent is present to sign a consent form.
The Fountain at Home
This is a service for those who are unable to visit the salon or if you simply would rather discover the benefits of beauty treatments and holistic therapy in the comfort of your own home or office.
