Intensive De-stress Muscle Treatment – 55 minutes £45.00

This specialised massage treatment is particularly recommended for tense, aching muscles and joint discomfort in the neck, shoulders, lower back, arms and legs. A deep all over body massage treatment designed to work on stiff, tight and fatigued muscles and joints after sports or a day of physical stress and strain. Involves specialised and intensive deep tissue techniques to warm, manipulate and ease the muscles with stretching and drainage to release and disperse tension.

Lomi-Juma Massage – 60 minutes £55.00

This massage is performed using hands and forearms and is especially beneficial for poor or blocked circulation as well as muscular tension. It works to reduce stress and to increase a sense of physical and mental well-being. It is quite different from any other message on our treatment list and possibly our new favourite.

Meso Mineral Massage – 60 minutes £55.00

Specifically shaped hot and cold stones are used which enable your therapist to perform a combination of lymphatic drainage techniques encouraging a boost of energy and promoting detoxification. Meso doses for either lifting, slimming or contouring are incorporated into the treatment to target problem areas. It cleanses and purifies the body from the inside out, providing relief, serenity and well- being. This massage uses an unusual combination of dry techniques followed by warming oil, allowing for stronger penetration deep into the muscles and tissue, using the therapist’s body weight and energy in a unique way. It’s possibly the best massage ever!

LaStone – 85 minutes £80.00

LaStone therapy uses thermotherapy to achieve body balance. Massage and stone placement along the spine and certain chakra points with hot basalt stones in conjunction with cool marble stones form the foundation of this treatment. This is a deeply relaxing, healing and cleansing treatment. One stroke of a hot stone is like ten of the hand!

Reflexology – 60 minutes £45.00

Massage of the feet serves to establish which parts of the body are out of balance and therefore not working efficiently. Reflexology can then be given to correct these imbalances and therefore return the body to working order and perfect balance.
